1. DATA CONTROLLER

SGM Ready-made Clothing and Textile Trade. Singing. Ltd. Ltd. (Company) processes your personal data, including your sensitive personal data, as the “Data Controller” defined in Article 3 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698.

2. YOUR PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA

All your personal data, including your special personal data, is processed, stored and protected by our Company in accordance with the basic principles and data processing conditions set out in Law No. 6698. For this purpose, SGM Ready Giyim ve Tekstil Tic. takes all precautions and shows utmost sensitivity to protect the data. Singing. Ltd. Ltd. Identity data: Name-Surname, Turkish ID number/TIN number, Marital Status, Date of Birth, Place of Birth,Contact Data: Phone Number, address information, e-mail address

Other: Photographs, Videos, Visual recordings

3. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

We would like to inform you that your personal data in the above-mentioned categories are processed in our company for the following purposes:

a-) Your Photographs, Videos and Visual records in order to ensure the recognition of our company in the sector, to increase the activities of the company, and to carry out sales and marketing processes.

b-) Your identity and contact data are processed by us in order to ensure coordination and make notifications.

In this context, your personal data listed above will be processed for the purposes of establishing and executing your contract, carrying out marketing activities, ensuring that the services offered by us are carried out completely and correctly within a legal framework, and carrying out legal processes regarding disputes that may arise, as specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVK Law. We would like to remind you that personal data is processed within the scope of processing conditions.

4. TO WHOM AND FOR WHAT PURPOSE PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA CAN BE TRANSFERRED

Your personal data within the scope of the above-mentioned purposes and within the framework of the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of Law No. 6698;

In Company Activities:

a) To our business partners, consultant firms, suppliers, private institutions and organizations and public institutions and organizations in cases where it is necessary to carry out the activities/personnel activities carried out by the company,
b) To the necessary and relevant persons and the third parties they cooperate with and departments within the company to ensure business continuity, to ensure legal, technical and commercial occupational safety, to plan and execute human resources, occupational health and safety processes and strategies;
c) Persons and organizations to whom transfer is required within the scope of planning and execution of operational, commercial and business strategies, our direct/indirect domestic subsidiaries,

e) Necessary persons and third parties in cooperation with them within the scope of the services offered by the company or the outsourced service that the employee will benefit from,
f) To our business partners, consultant firms, lawyers, suppliers, private institutions and organizations, courts, public institutions and organizations and competent authorities, when necessary for the company to fulfill its legal obligations,
g) To the relevant banks for the necessary payment and collection transactions within the scope of the establishment and execution of contracts subject to the processing of your personal data,
h) To law firms and other consultants in order to receive legal support within the scope of establishing, exercising and protecting the rights of our company,
i) To archive companies or cloud service companies to ensure data security,
j) To social media companies and our website server provider for advertising and marketing purposes
k) With private institutions and organizations for marketing, advertising and poster activities on billboards,
l) It can be transferred to private or public legal entities within the country within the framework of the personal data processing conditions specified in Article 8 of Law No. 6698.
All kinds of technical and administrative measures are taken to ensure data security during and after the sharing process of your personal data.

5. METHOD AND LEGAL REASON FOR COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data can be obtained legally through automatic or non-automatic methods, mobile applications and similar means, verbally, physically, electronically or through closed circuit imaging systems and other methods. Your personal data that we collect from you personally or from third parties is collected by our Company based on the legal reasons explained below:
m) The person must have explicit consent as regulated in Article 5/1 of Law No. 6698,
n) Based on the legal reason of “explicitly foreseen in the laws” regulated in Article 5/2 (a) of Law No. 6698, your personal data is subject to the express permission of the legislation to which our Company is subject, especially the Labor Law, Turkish Code of Obligations, Turkish Commercial Code and Tax Procedure Law. ,
o) Your personal data based on the legal reason “establishment or execution of the contract” regulated in Article 5/2 (c) of Law No. 6698; Fulfilling and maintaining the contractual requirements subject to your disclosure of your personal data,
p) Based on the legal reason “the ability of the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations” regulated in Article 5/2 (ç) of Law No. 6698, the Company is responsible for compliance with the retention periods stipulated in the legislation to which the Company is subject and fulfillment of other obligations stipulated in the relevant legislation, courts and information requests. Fulfilling the requests and other legal obligations of public institutions and organizations,
q) “having been made public by the relevant person himself” as regulated in Article 5/2 (e) of Law No. 6698,
r) Based on the legal reason “establishment, use or protection of a right” regulated in Article 5/2 (e) of Law No. 6698, the Company uses your personal data as a means of proof in possible disputes, to obtain legal consultancy and technical support,
s) Art. of Law No. 6698. Legitimate interests of the data controller regulated in paragraph 5/2 (f).
Your personal data collected for these legal reasons can be processed and transferred only for the purposes specified in this Information Text, within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVK Law.

6. RIGHTS OF THE DATA OWNER

By applying to our Company as the data owner;
a) Learning whether your personal data is being processed or not,
b) Requesting information if your personal data has been processed,
c) Learning the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used for their intended purpose,
d) Knowing the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred at home or abroad,
e) To request correction of your personal data if it has been processed incorrectly or incompletely, and to request that the transactions carried out in this context be notified to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
f) Requesting the deletion or destruction of your personal data in case the reasons requiring processing no longer exist, even though it has been processed in accordance with the law and other relevant legal provisions, and requesting that the transactions carried out in this context be notified to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
g) Object to the emergence of an adverse result by analyzing your processed data exclusively through automatic systems,
h) We hereby inform you that you have the right to request compensation for the damage if your personal data is damaged due to processing contrary to the Law.
